Islam and Islamism are same so are the "moderate" and radical Muslims!!!Reader comment on item: Symposium: Holiday Jihad? Submitted by Jaladhi (United States), Dec 15, 2007 at 18:21 Bruce Teft, you say: "I eschew the term "Islamist" since I believe it is misleading, implying, as does the term "Islamofascist" that there is some major theological or ideological split in Islam over basic goals. From my understanding of Islam it appears that those we call "radicals", or "Islamists", or "Islamofascists" are basically acting in strict accordance with the Koran, Mohammed's example, and the hadiths. Those Muslims attacking us are the militants, the muhajideen or holy warriors -- the armed wing of Islam, much like the various IRA factions were the armed wing of the Irish nationalists, while Sinn Fein was the political/moderate wing." Agree with your assesment of Muslims 1000%. There is no difference betweem Islamism and those who follow Islam, i.e., regular day to day Islam following Muslims. This superficial and artificial difference is no doubt created by our leaders, MSM and experts and without doubt Muslims love it since it feciliates them to get away with the horrible deeds of their fellow Muslims by simply attributing it to Islamist as if they were following some religion other than Islam!!! can anyone truly say Islamism is different than Islam. These are Siamese twins of the same murderous cult and no more!!! You further state:"Both the militants and the other Muslims who support them, or do not reject them as apostates, are after the same goal: conquest of the world by Islam. Their only difference might be tactical. "Moderate" Muslims may believe, as many Communists did during the Cold War, that infiltration and subversion are more effective than direct, frontal-assault armed attacks in conquering their enemy. But even "moderate" Muslims can not deny the Koranic dictates to convert, enslave or kill every non-Muslim and make the world Islamic." Absolutely right. Why is it so difficult for our leaders, MSM and the experts, and the law enforcement agencies to understand this??? Again , there are no "moderate" or radical Muslims!! They are all same and follow Quran/muhammad - and only radical. One can see this ordinary Muslim's everyday behavior towards their own family as wellas other people in the society. Just take an example of this Muslim in Canada this week who murderd his own 16 year old daughter for not wearing hijab to school. This is Islam for you!!!And the Canadian Muslim leaders immediately jump to "defend" Islam by saying it was only an act of domestic violence which cuts across the Canadian society and Islam had nothing to do with this murder!!! Amazing!! Words cannot descibe the horror of this despicable act as well as the hypocrisy and lies of these Muslim leaders. And look at the response of Canada's liberal papers whic agreed with the Muslim leaders and in a way blamed the Canadians for the tragedy. Will the PC liberal media in the West who are stuck in the foggy bottom will ever get it right??? These Muslims leaders talked as if a large number of Canadians are murdering their daughters on a daily basis for not obeying them. One cannot find a single instance of such monstrous act among the followers of other religions except for Islam where honor killing happens regularly throughout the Muslim world with impunity. One can see that there are no moderate Muslims as they can become radical in a nanosecond or less and they will do anything to follow alalh's commands as written in quran. Bruce Teft's assesment is abolutely correct. Only wish that our leaders will pay attention to it. I have no hopes for PC media and the academia!
