Although religiously speaking, islam may feel more compelled to strike in certain times, for a better reception by allah as a shahid, the fact that they read forums and other discussion boards, impulse them to any random day/date towards butchering innocents (infidels). And, the random factor may vary infinitely, varying in occurrence and /or degree. Further action like stopping hamas from broadcasting to exterminate Jews and eliminate infidels should be taken, rather than gossiping and speculating.
