Great article as usual Dr. Pipes and i must say you nailed it. I frequent many political forums and meet alot of people in my line of work and the degree this kind of thinking actually prevails in our country(even more so in Europe) is disturbing to say the least. No longer are these people hiding in a dark basement somewhere waiting for the illuminati to come get them and they have found a huge audience through the internet .They are everyday people and many suprisingly are very intelligent which is what worries me the most.How an intelligent person can actually buy into this obvious hysteria is beyond me and while i agree we must meet them head on it really is like talking to a brick wall with these people since they could care less about facts.
