Americans still have talk radio ( for now) but CAIR and the Political Elite want to control that tooReader comment on item: Extra! Leading New York Publisher Spikes Book Dealing with Islam! Submitted by James Burke (Canada), Aug 14, 2008 at 07:10 Dr Pipes, At least Americans still have talk radio to express their viewpoints. Americans can hear another American's point of view from a different part of the country and use this commercial network to have a coast to coast conversation. Provided that the owners allow it. Here in Canada, we do not even have that. There are very few talk show hosts that can be clearly heard in a different province. This is a form of subtle censorship to not allow Canadians to have a national conversation. We have censorship at every level. All publishers are aware of it. We have the "CRTC" and CAIR-Canada which monitor this and due to the threat of appearing before the Human Rights Commission, the word "muslim" is rarely heard on the airwaves unless they are the victim. Sad to see the US morphing into a version of Canada re: controlling what the public is allowed to read.
