Dubai :: Reader comments at Daniel Pipes

In Dubai's version of the square mile, you can trade tax free, so I'd be prepared to splash out. Though admittedly not that much!

Dubai is pretty lenient with foreigners also, and apparently tries to back off with geo-politics. Definately the way forward for the middle east.
