Temporary marriages are obscenely hypocriticalReader comment on item: Misyar – Temporary Marriage in Sunni Islam Submitted by Metha (United States), Oct 30, 2008 at 10:17 This practice is religious hyporcrisy in the highest form. It allows muslims to practice fornication the same as Americans, but without the fabricated religious bubble of protection so that men can feel absolved of the act of fornicating. It is very convenient to be able to wave a magic wand....no priest or minister marries the couple. The man just says " Hey, were married, lets have sex now." My caucasian sister just allowed this travesty to happen...and it is a perversion of the sanctity and institute of marriage. SHE IS NOT MARRIED IN GODS EYES. She is simply allowing him to fornicate with her, and he is magically still "holy", somewhow, but SHE is not. He gets whatever he wants, whenever he wants and ends it whenever he wants. What does the woman get. She gets to be a a pleasure recepticle??? how nice for you men? Interesting that a MAN came up with this practice...a woman never would...as she gets the short end of the stick. I do not care what you tell yourselves. You are fornicating. There is no marriage, without a religious minister and witnesses presiding AND without a LEGAL piece of paper saying that in the eyes of the state you are married. It is FALSE. And the inane practice has soiled my sister in the process as well. Just because a person spins around three times and click their heels together, does not make them married. Also, if his parents knew that this muslim man enetered into a temp marriage with an American girl? Yeah...he also watches porn all the time.....but I guess the praying 5 times a day allows him to continue to watch porn. FYI: I heard ALOT OF MUSLIM MALES LOOK AT PORNOGRAPHY.
