The Islamist / Jihadist philosophy is the culprit and I agree it should be the target of the world's war against terrorism. Many statistical models will support the enumeration of 200 million male Muslims between the ages of 18 and 55, worldwide. Even if only one percent of these were Islamist militants or supporters, that would calculate to a staggering 2 million Jihadis.
