The Palestine are using hopeless tacticsReader comment on item: Anti-Israel Terror Backfires Submitted by Manticore (Netherlands), Apr 22, 2004 at 06:00 The killing of Hamas and other terrorist leaders is a good thing. It leaves their organisations without a face. In 2002 popular Dutch politician Pim Fortyun was murdered. Afterward, his party, the LPF, has become a mini-party. His successors have the same message as Fortuyn but, due to lack of charisma, they can't sell it. (By the way, I voted for Fortuyn.)I think the problem Muslims have is, that when under pressure, they become more Islamic. That's like a doctor prescribing cigarettes to cure lung cancer. When things go wrong Muslims, and religious people in general, will take their religion more seriously. If they still fail, they will see it as a test from God. Off course they don't see the silliness of such a way of thinking: An all knowing God knows in front the outcome of every test. So what's the use for testing? When the going gets tough Muslims education becomes strictly Koranic teachings and the prophets example only. The end product is fanatism. And that's all. Cleaver thinking is thrown overboard and replaced by the strategies and tactics of the leader of a Arab desert tribe from the 7th century. Palestine are caught in this way of thinking and can't come out. They are unable to see that their rolemodel, Mohammed, was a fraud: He contacted a non-existing God. That's why nearly non of Allah's worshippers have the successful life they supposed have. (Sura 23.1 Successful indeed are the believers.) Or is living in poverty, under the most brutal tyrants, the success Allah had in mind for those who love him the most? If so, Muslims are ungrateful indeed. An Average eight years old western child has a far better concept about medicine, astronomy, geology, and so on, then what Islam has to say about these subjects. Basically every idea of science they have is wrong: Stars are missiles, the earth is flat, black cumin cures any disease, sun-eclipses are signs of Allah, woman have half the intelligence of a man. The list goes on and on. How can people with such backward ideas possibly win the ‘war' over the so much better educated rest of the world?
