Militant Islam and what's happening in the West Bank are two different things. In many ways, this aspect of Israeli policy may just be fuelling such acts by what you refer to as "militant Islam."
Incidentally, I think it's best to avoid the usage of terms like Militant Islam, Militant Christianity, or Militant Judaism and instead come up with creative solutions to the problems of terrorism emanating in the Middle East as well as securing energy security in the Persian Gulf.
