Karam Al-Hashmi: Islam is all about indoctrination leading to tall claims

Karam, if you cannot stand the heat get out of the sun. You made tall claims for your religion. I shot them all down using only Koranic verses as my ammunition.

Prove to me that it is an anti-Muslim site or give me the name of an edition/translation which is true to the Arabic of Allah.

Yusuf Ali is one of the most respected translators of the Koran. He is not my god but he translated the words of your God for people who do not speak His language.

Arab Muslims want to spread their religion to the rest of the world but insist anyone who translates the Koran is incapable of conveying its true meaning i.e Muslims who do not understand Koranic Arabic cannot be true Muslims. You fail to realize that by saying this you are saying that Allah has limited powers of communication. You are in fact contradicting Allah who claims in several verses that His words are clear and easy to understand. I will not quote YusufAli but here are the verses which says Allah's words are easy to understand, check them against your own Koran: 2:159, 5:40, 44:58, 54:22, 54:32.t

You probably did not because you can use the original Arabic Korans. But non Arabic speakers like me have to depend on translations. Please suggest a translation that you think conveys the true flavour of Allah's Arabic and I will be happy to try and locate it on the Internet or purchase it in case you are interested in continuing this debate using that translation.

I suggest you read the Arabic Koran you have with you and translate the words into English the verses I have quoted and show that Yusufali is a falsifier of the true words of Allah (In fact he is a falsifier, but only to try and make Allah look good to gullible readers).

I read this as your inability to refute any of my statements.

Karam it is very difficult for anyone indoctrinated from childhood to overcome the indoctrination. It is disconcerting to be shown that what you have believed all your life is in fact false. It sometimes needs a Herculean mental effort to see the truth. You have given up after having taken the first step (starting this debate).

I have cut and pasted a Muslim poster's comments. They make interesting reading, especially about Muslims hitting people's 'ash' (he probably means their butts). There is another Muslim poster, Mansoor, who also makes interesting reading. Read them and you will understand what Islamic indoctrination does to believers.

Quran 2:190-191, "Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; for Allah loveth not. And slay them whenever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out.". From the above verses, it is obvious that Quran encourages us to fight a Holy War.

As Quran 2:190-191 does not restrict ourselves to only non-Muslim fellows, our fight should also include Muslim fellows that argue or fight with us against the teaching of Holy Quran.

Beware of your words, or else we, Muslims that support the Holy Quran will co-operate to hit your ash.

Quran 2:190-192, "Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you,...And slay them whenever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out..." Despite you are a Muslim, I did not believe what Quran 2:190-192 say. As you say something against the Holy Quran, you fight against the teaching of Allah. As Quran 2:190-192 do not restrict us to fight against non-Muslims, our fight has to be against those Muslims that say things contradict the Holy Quran.

You are a betrayal of Muslims. May Allah hits your ash until you repent. You, being a professor, is nothing worth mentioning among our Muslims that protest those that speak words against the teaching of Holy Quran.

I am not adding any words in the Holy Quran. if you have the book of Holy Quran, please kindly flip through Quran 2:190-191 in which our prophet Mohammad received the inspiration from Allah wrote the verse to us.

Please kindly respect my religion and meditate carefully what the verses mean carefully from the book of Holy Quran:

Quran 2:190-191, "Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, and turn them out from where they have turned you out".

If you refer to the history how Muslim religion was formed, you would discover that prophet Mohammad used simply swords to went from east to west to force people to turn back to Allah since Allah has to be respected by the people from this Universe.
