islamists can put on sheeps clothes,Reader comment on item: "ISNA Rejects All Expressions of Racism and Bigotry" Submitted by Phil Greend (Canada), Jul 12, 2009 at 23:37 Even though we can see the islamists for who they are, not everyone can see the wrongness. They do not need to fool the entire world into thinking they want peace. Only a certain percent is needed. In the late 1930's several people like Winston Churchhill and Charlie Chaplin thought that nazi Germany was a real threat to world peace. They tried to warn people, and were called racist and crazy. Some people worked to silence them and other were working to promote nazi Germany as good.. The Second World War started in Sept of 1939, America entered the war in Dec of 1941. Two full years the nazis were able to keep America out of the war. Can it happen again ? Today there are many people who think that radical islam is a real threat to world peace. They are also called racist and crazy. Now people are working to silence them, by various means (Theo Van Gogh by murder, and Salman Rushdie by threats of murder, others by false calls of racism) There are various islamists groups that pose as civil rights organizations to promote and defend radical islam and islamists. Will people be fooled again ? Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
