Pakistan and Sindhu (Indus) Water - FactsReader comment on item: Pakistan's Jewish Problem Submitted by Singha (India), Jul 23, 2009 at 11:40 Before British moved in Most areas of what makes Pakistan - especially its heartland Punjab was RULED by Hindus and Sikhs. Similarly the whole of Kashmir was controlled by Hindus and Sikhs. Hindus and Sikhs controlled not just the economy but also agriculture (75-80%). In the Sindhu (Indus) basin, land owners were mostly Hindu/Sikh. For Hindus/Sikhs Sindhu (Indus) river is holy. Each day millions take the name of the river for their daily salutations. (For those who dont know Sikhism was outcome of a military movement among Hindus to take on islamofascism and the movement succeeded in its objective to a good extent) Pakistan was a parting kick by British on Indians in 1947 aided by muslim exclusivism. The struggle to drive out British was essentially Hindu. Muslim strategy was suck upto the British and get maximum out of it. Partition of India and Founding of Pakistan was basically muslim land grab and resource grab from Hindus/Sikhs. Original idea was to move the entire muslim population from India to pakistan while taking in all the Hindus/Sikhs there. In real terms, islamic hostility and Hindu tolerance/open values ensured that most Hindus were ethnically cleansed out of pakistan while muslim population in India has leaped to around 180 million. As far as Indus water goes, India has been highly considerate to pakistan. Though, considering the legacy, India is justified to retain Sindhu water. Tailpiece: Collateral result of Reagan led jihad against USSR was the nuclear evolution of islamofascist pakistan. Putting this genie back is necessary for peace, stability and well being of not just israel but also India.
