Trillions of dollars are sent down sink holes and dunces are worshipped as intellects and humanitarians.

Can we not expect the "last days" or "end times" at the current level of political "savvy" and cowardice? I think there might be short periods of return to some semblence of knowledgeable awareness in the ordinary citizens of the world, but far to few and much to late.

The number of people online here at any one time is truly dis-heartening and very telling. The Daniel Pipes entire site is very informative, but very few avail themselves. It doesn't surprise me in the least, though. The planet is populated with ostriches looking for reality with their heads buried in a lot worse than the sand that that bird supposedly buried his head in.

The Bible as put out by God himself is full of truths so wide spread and of such incredible depth, and yet, the numbers reading it in the "free" west is in huge decline. The reality of God's Word is proved by the huge numbers in persecuted nations that are looking to the Father's and Jesus words. "Intellect" in the west is an oxymoron.
