Nihad Awad or Nihad Hammad or ?Reader comment on item: Why Is CAIR Suing Anti-CAIR? Submitted by Ali Khan (United States), Sep 24, 2009 at 23:47 I have learned that Nihad Awad of CAIR has two names, is he also known as Nihad Hammad and lives in Fairfax County, Virginia-if so, this is scary, please comment if it is so. i live in Alexandria and worry about radical Muslims such as he causing trouble for us. I read with much information about efforts to stop the Islamic Saudi Academy from expanding, the Saudis have caused much trouble for other Muslims, at a hearing over expansion, someone said the founder of CAIR had people there to speak for expansion, I say no, because CAIR site said they were not members of the Wahhabi Lobby-but my friend say Awad was there, but did not speak-but some in his family did. This is why i wonder about the two names. If he is a good man, why does he not use real name-my friend say he used a child to speak for him there, how can a good Muslim man do this? I am fearful of Awad and his men, their friends where i used to live caused much trouble for us-we had to leave.
