What's this - a muslim with an over-sensitive ego? Who ever thought such a thing was possible?

And both civilizations are older than 5,000 years - plenty of time in which to succeed. So what happened.?

It beggars belief that you can't answer that for yourself. Name one high-tech device you use now that was NOT invented in America or by American corporations? Do you know the varieties of wheat and rice specifically bred by americans to increase protein intake and food production in the 3rd world - yes - including your region? Was it your country that built the first aircraft and the subsequent airline industry? The space race and it's myriad of technological spin offs - who was that again - India and Pakistan??? The list is huge - and not just of technological wizardy but more abstracts contributions in systems , medicine and law.

Because the crimes they committed were not carried out in a civilian setting - they were crimes committed in a 'theatre of war'. Hence they are under military jurisdiction.

I'm certainly not asking you to believe me alone and I really don't care if you do or do not. But do your own research on this. But it will be extremely difficult for you to be impartial - being a muslim. After all - what crimes could any muslim possibly have done - they just carry those AK47's for show - and the anti-tank grenades and IED's - their cousin Ali asked them to mind them for him.
