The Curse of Oil WeathReader comment on item: The Curse of Oil Wealth Submitted by robert ngobi (Uganda), Jun 2, 2010 at 04:02 Dear Sir, I am a PhD student in Uganda where oil was recently discovered and i have taken keen interest.
