Reader comment on item: The Curse of Oil Wealth

Submitted by robert ngobi (Uganda), Jun 2, 2010 at 04:02

Dear Sir,

I am a PhD student in Uganda where oil was recently discovered and i have taken keen interest.

Can the origins of the oil curse be traced? I shall be grateful for information that would enable me trace or understand the origins of the oil curse.
