KASHMIRReader comment on item: God and Mammon Submitted by Ben Othman (Malaysia), Nov 19, 2010 at 02:22 Rajeev sees the Kashmir issue with tinted and tainted views and expect others to share that view.By highlighting the call for Kashmiri children to stay home instead of to school he painted a picture as if everything else is normal and it is wrong for parents to decide so. Things are far from normal in Kashmir; there are 750 ,000 Indian soldiers in that state.The natives resent that and the system these soldiers were sent there to maintain..Security of children i.e safety from occupying soldiers are top priority to these parents as to other parents in other occupied territories all over the globe.
