It is Not the Muslims Alone. This is the Character of all Human beings. Some people can control and many can not or never care for any Moral Judgment.
Long ago, I was in Singapore. I met an American of about 50. He was in the Hotel Lobby with a Singaporean Escot Girl- a Companion for the Comfort.
Exactly the Gulf Rich people do the same thing. Just they will cover their action with some coverage. It has nothing to do with the Teaching of Holy Quran or any Religion.
These persons become Crazy for sex and they hunt fot it in Bombay, the Most attracted & nearest Spot for sex in the Gulf Region. They go everywhere. London, Paris, Zurich, Amasterdan, Bon, Moscow, Beirut, Cairo, New York, Los Angeles, Los Vegas, Houston, Sydney, Melbourne. Bangkok, Beiging, Shanghai, Singapore.
You spend Money, you must find sex to your room. Money buys sex every where in the World.
You can name a country where this Trade is not available. Even you will find in very Conservative Muslim countries including Saudi Arabia but Not so openly but very secretly with some Foreigners like Filipinos, Indians, even Americans.

We can condemn them but this prcatice will continue to dominate the World. This is the Human Nature.
Let us be honest with our own life. Let us create Examples to others that we are not so tempted to sex or other attractions. The people who do condemn others, may be tempted to such Allurement too once they are tested or face such situations with Economic & Petro Dollar Power. So nobody is so Angels either.
