Erdogan and Al Gaddfi prizeReader comment on item: Erdoğan and the "Al-Gaddafi Prize" Submitted by sufi imdad ali soomro (Pakistan), Mar 3, 2011 at 00:27 Why, should we watch real facts in the perspective of the Western media or Zionism's lobby? Former president of US , killed hundreds of thousands people in Iraq ,in Afghanistan, in border areas of Pakistan and some other parts of world. Mostly liberal Muslims are demanding to hold his trial but US and its allies are still defending his polices and respect his as national hero , though he is war criminal. If Colonel Gaddafi is wrong, let his nation to decide about his fate. But it is double standard. One side US has given licence to Israel to kill innocent and unarmed civilian Palestine people and other side they are making hue and cry and taking gigantic efforts to impose sanctions against Libya. on the contrary, when world community wanted to veto on the annexations and naked aggression of Israel , US came as a rescuer and openly supported the state sponsored terrorism of Israel. Did not Obama feel shame while getting nobel prize of peace. What he has done for world after getting noble prize. Every nation or country has its own priorities. When Western world needed oil, they made compromise with Libya, by getting huge money to content aggrieved parties. If it is people revolution, then nobody will halt it and if it is sponsored and supported by West , soon it will fizzle out and for the sake of commercial interests , West will move inching forward to reconcile with struggling president of Libya.
