leading ?Reader comment on item: Egypt's Chance Submitted by the Grand Infidel of Kaffiristan (Australia), Mar 5, 2011 at 21:22 Hassan, living in the US, writes: "I tried to answer many questions but no one answered any of my questions. The replies I got always changed the subject. I only have two questions:" The results you got could be because your questions were poorly framed or seen as rhetorical or leading questions. The question: 1- Do you think that all Muslims are the same? has an obvious answer - so much so that it is not surprising that you had no responses. But , looked at in another way - the question is also poorly framed - as you need to define exactly what a Muslim is. And also the perception of what being a 'muslim' is, is very much predicated on the perspective of the questioner. For example , I know people who are 'muslim' by birth - but now think the 'religion' is a complete crock. Are they muslim? Would Sunnis say Ahmedinajab a true muslim? 2- Do you agree that the US international policies based on economic reasons? Poorly framed again - as you should specify degree and duration. Are you asking 'do you agree with the assumption that US international policy is ALWAYS completely based on economic reasons. ' or "do you agree with the assumption that US international policy is sometimes completely based on economic reasons.' or 'do you agree with the assumption that US international policy is always based partially on economic reasons?' or 'do you agree with the assumption that US international policy is sometimes based partially on economic reasons?'
