Qaddafi still in chargeReader comment on item: Qaddafi's Empty Boast Submitted by Dean (United States), Apr 17, 2011 at 17:28 I read Mr. Pipes's article on Qaddafi being so arrogant and how no one likes him and how NATO is ripping a whole in his image of himself. I am sure Mr. Qaddafi is running for cover ... Someone must like Qaddafi because he is still in charge. The rebels are running out of supplies and if not for NATO, they would have collapsed weeks ago. NATO can't find enough airplanes to do the job right. Libya is a muslim country and this is how the gov't does business in a muslim country. The only true democracy in the area is Israel and the American muslim President O'Bama is stabbing it in the back. If Qaddafi does remain in power, he will become violently anti- American, and if there is an assasination of Qaddafi, then the new ruler will also be anti-American Submitting....
