Pfc Abdo is a perfect fit to be CAIR's public relations manager!Reader comment on item: Nasser Abdo: The Full Story Submitted by Prashant (United States), Jul 18, 2011 at 00:14 Dear Dr Pipes: For most people and societies hypocrisy is considered bad but that does not apply to islamists. Hypocrisy is their middle name. And that is why Pfc Nasser Abdo can say in the same breath that he wants to be excused from the US army because our wars are unjust and that he plans on spending his life in removing islamophobia. These people are so sure of their beliefs that they cannot see any contradictions in their thinking. If Pfc Abdo had said that he wanted to be excused frm the US Army so he could spend rest of his life fighting violent tendencies in Islamic socities, he would have been called an honorable man. But that is only wishful thinking on my part. Let me tell Pfc Nasser that throughout human history in all nations and societies fighting to defend your neighbor is considered a normal human inclination. It happens routinely and it is called patriotism. And if you do not this pattern because of your beliefs you are more likely to cause fears and less to remove them. Pfc Abdo is probably not the best candidate to campaign against Islamophobia. But hypocrites will probably never be able to appreciate this fact. Pfc Abdo is an ideal candidate to head CAIR's public relations department.
