It goes beyond just policies

You are correct in your assertion, but I believe it goes further. Not only he is out of league, he is completely unqualified for the task at hand. A good example was the Dept Reduction Committee, the White House stated that they didn't expect anything to come of it, so he didn't get involved. OK, where is the leadership... the country is going down the drain e.g. Greece, and you don't want to get involved!!

This is just one of example of his failure, the other is New Deal Two; with the same results.
