Start with potential immigrants

I have a harder time with the blanket surveillance of American Muslims, but, given the history of terrorism perpetrated by Middle Eastern Muslims, I feel no compulsion to give them the benefit of the doubt. Given that Muslims are shielding, if not supporting, those who are doing the killing, it should be up to them to expose and hand over the Usamas of the world. There is no denying that Islamic leaders are sanctioning, if not urging, the killing of non-Muslims. Accordingly, the burden should be on foreign-born Muslims to withdraw their financial and emotional support and condemn all who kill in their name. As long as one Muslim country grants safe haven to Islamic terrorists, all foreign-born Muslims should be barred from the US as a security measure.
