NATO an international forum

NATO an international forum? Turkey sees it that way, as did the rebels in Libya and some in Syria. I fear that NATO is more and more open to be abused as an instrument of day-to-day politics. Call the plumber, raise the problem at the UN or call 1-800-NATO.
