No such thing as moderate MuslimReader comment on item: Jihad in America: Grand Deception Submitted by Prashant (United States), Nov 22, 2012 at 17:56 Dear Dr Pipes: To qualify as moderate, a person must accept some faults of his religion, occasionally show interests in secular issues, and at least some times stand up --with words and deeds-- for people belonging to other religions (even when it involves opposing his/her own religion). Even the, so called, moderate Muslims that we see among us do not meet these three criteria (Try Fareed Zakaria). There is no such thing as moderate muslim. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
