I wish I could share your optimism

Thank you, Daniel Pipes, for expressing optimism because more and more Americans are becoming aware of the threat of Islam. I agree that more are becoming educated. However, our President, our Senate, and our House of Representatives, with the exception of five, behave as if Islam is just another religion. They do not view it as any kind of threat whatsoever. This is extremely disturbing. If our government does not wake up and take a stand, I'm convinced that the Islamists will destroy us.
