For the readers: It seems that our dear Amin uses googletranslate then paste it mistakes and all and the word paper receipt in Arabic means isal or wasl and here from al-maany dictionary again

أما بن الحرام فإنه مصطلح عامي (دارج) فقد يراد به ابن الزنا وهو السائد المشهور وقد يراد به ما ذكره السائل من أن النطفة التي تولد منها نبتت من مال حرام، إلا أن هذا الإطلاق لا يصح؛ لأن الابن لا ذنب له مما فعله أبواه.
وعلى العموم.. فإن العلم بهذا الأمر ليس من العلم الذي ينفع، والجهل به ليس من الجهل الذي يضر، فننصح الأخ السائل وجميع الإخوة الداخلين على مركز الفتوى بأن يسألوا عما تحته عمل وعما ينفع علمه في الدنيا والآخرة
