Huge mistake

Look, i am not Israelite and Israel's interests is none of my business, but i am expressing just my opinion based on the opinions of people who know every aspect of Turkey and Islam.

Netanyahu has made a huge mistake. i never believed that he would fall in such a trap, but he did and that is why i was shocked by the news as i have written in another comment. Not only that, i am very disappointed as well, because if the Prime Minister of Israel had to obey Obama's wish, then who would resist and also this means that Obama's strategy for the future includes the revival of the Ottoman empire. I do not know why and on what grounds, perhaps Dr Pipes could help us on that, because i do not know how the American Strategists think exactly.

But what this action means? This Apology means that Israel has submitted to the Sultan's will, this apology rises Erdogan in the eyes of the rest of the Islamists and as a result gives huge power to him, because he gains to intervene in other Islamic countries matters and influence the other Islamic governments and if you think that this is better than Iran having such a power for example, then you should think again, because Erdogan sooner or later will make sure that Israel depends on what Turkey says to the Arabs. This roughly means that Israel will owe it's security to the Turks and security will depend on Turks!

If Netanyahu thought that he will give something to the Turks so to appease Turkey and earn some quiet from Turkey, then he has not noticed what has happened with Greece, where the politicians tried this strategy and the only result was Turkey to ask more and more and more!

Anyway, i would really like to read the opinion of Dr Pipes for the extremely pro-Turkish American policy.
