Hypocrisy

Considering your name, you must be a Greek.I dont get mad to Greeks anymore because hating Turkey is their national identity .Before worrying about Turkey, why dont you focus on your own crumbling country? But since your location is Usa, you dont even bother living there. But guess what, your "european friends" dont even consider you as european anymore. They mostly consider you as extra weight and parasites that keep spending other people's money.

Before judging how democratic Turkey is, ask yourself what is democratic about Greece, what you call Greece today, is mostly governed by monarchy and military junta during most of its existence. Papandreu had to fire more than ten generals to prevent a military coup some years ago when Athens was in chaos because of the protests regarding the economic collapse. The diseased, chronic views of the West about Turkey mostly never change.Only one-sided views based on history fabrications and slander campaigns.

Why do you worry about Kurds that much? Does Greece treat the Turks in Western Therace properly for all these years? Do they have every kind of freedom? Picking Turkey is easy way for you and people like you. Thats why the genocides you committed against Turks in Aegean Peninsula, Anatolia and Cyprus is just history for you.But anything happened to you should be genocides.Modern Greece is mostly a joke in that sense.Not to mention that you dont have any connection with ancient Hellenes but you just leech on their heritage without producing or contributing anything of your own except your chronic Turkish hatred and paranoia.
