Why help the Saudi backed rebels?Reader comment on item: Should the West Be Supporting Syria's Assad? Submitted by Daniel (United States), Apr 19, 2013 at 14:26 It was Saudi terrorists who brought us 911 costing America 3,000 lives. Debka Files report the Chechen brothers were the ones who set off the bombs in Boston and according to the Debka Files these brothers practiced Wahhabism a branch of the Saudi religion. Also the Saudi national who the F.B.I. was questioning family in Saudi Arabia has terrorist connections to Al-Qaeda. United States troops are being sent to Jordan and will supposely help the Saudi backed rebels. This action puts Israeli lives in danger. It seems like western politicans are willing to trade Israeli lives for Saudi oil. Its ashame our politicans won't cut the ties with the terrorist nation of Saudi Arabia; Our politicans simply won't vote on using American oil resources we have in our nation. American policy experts seem little concern for Israel's security and our politicans seemed to be bought off by the Saudis or they would produce more American oil here. The Debka Files have made the Saudi Wahhabi connection while our mass media reports only half truths. The White House doesn't even want to mention the word terrorism when the bombings first occurred. What good is there in fighting terrorism when our polticans are afraid to say that word? No wonder the Iranians keep bragging each week about how far along they have progressed in their nuclear program since western leaders are so scared in saying the word terrorism, how do western politicans know who the real enemy Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
