Will there be peace?

Peace can't be achieved when one party has maps showing the other party does not exist. Peace can't be achieved when children are taught pure hatred every generation. Peace can't be achieved when one invents a people whose society has no civilian infrastructure, corruption blocks economic growth and their society is propped up by foreign donations.
