Kerry is very unhappy about the relative tranquility and prosperity of the Jewish State. It really bothers him that his allies in the Muslim world are either being murdered, or are in mortal fear of being ejected from their oil-gilded seats. Thus his aim is to cause as much grief and mayhem in Israel as there is in the general muslim world.
