Where the money goesReader comment on item: US Sec State determined to broker Mid-East peace Submitted by David W. Lincoln (Canada), Jul 30, 2013 at 13:36 Given the track record of bailouts, and how much money has been diverted to the South Syrian Arabs (plus the amount of money flowing into Egypt from other Arab countries), bailouts do not work. Take a look at the other Arab countries, especially those who receive poor grades from Freedom House & Transparency International - They need more than money being thrown around.
