First, of course "private ownership" trumps all. However, in 1948 a single digit percentile of land was under any private ownership, be it Arab or otherwise. More than 90% of all land west of the Jordan River was in non-Arab hands, mostly as state property. The "famous immunologist" you refer to, Dr. Antonio Arnaiz Villena, had his article pulled from publication just after its publication for being unsound scientifically and nothing more than hyperbolic propaganda. Moreover, I find it curious when you assume that my reasoning is based upon religious rationales when that paper's entire narrative was based on Biblical lore! Hubris. I based my statement about Palestinians descended from Jews negating their indigenous status based upon the UN Definition for "indigenous people," which bases identification culturally, NOT genetically.

If we wanted we could all claim Africa using your line of reasoning. Specifically, adopting the culture of the invader, the Arab, rendered any Jew who did so part of that invading demographic. Cultural genocide isn't something most people view as positive. As for your Youtube video, forgive me but you might as well have hyper-linked to Wikipedia or a blog. Consumer generated content devoid of an editorial process is absolutely worthless. If you, for some reason, find something of worth in what was being expressed, surely you are capable of articulating it.
