It does not make sense

This does no make sense as it seems that 4% of Egyptians have no difficulty with heads of women being uncovered after all 10% of the population are Copts and their women do not cover their heads with a hijab and there is a significant numbers of secular women in Cairo that do not cover their heads

So I really have great difficulty in believing such numbers
