Benefits accorded to Israeli Arabs or non-citizens living in Israel i.e. health? family? other? Need to know.

Do only Israeli Arabs (if they do) receive health, child support or other benefits i.e. unemployment, old age, and do non Israeli Arab citizens receive any such benefits? Which of the two groups is taxed?

What benefits do Jewish israeli citizens receive and what, if any, do Jewish non-citizens receive?

Need to know authenticity for a story i am writing.
