Rambling response to Asim AhmedReader comment on item: "The Hell of Israel Is Better than the Paradise of Arafat" Submitted by E.G. (United States), Apr 24, 2005 at 04:32 Asim Ahmed writes "Here in Scotland I know of not one student amongst our campus that would like to travel to Israel for fear of his life and limb."Geez, it would seem Scottish students are a bunch of wusses. Get off your collective lilly-white, red-haired, kilt-clad butts and lighten up and go out and do something 'dangerous'. Travel to Israel. Go sky diving. Go hang gliding. Order something off the menu in a Peruvian restaurant that you can't pronounce. Make-out with a girl (or guy). Have a little fun in life. You'll have much better memories when you're old. Thank you, I'll sit back down now, E.G. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
