a post-Hamas Gaza

Professor, I have arrived at the conclusion that the best route forward for Gaza is for the legal authority of that land to be transferred to the British Commonwealth.

Leaving Hamas in charge of Gaza, especially given the gap between the richest and poorest Gazans, this is a non starter.

After all, shouldn't the gap be looked at, instead of looking only a an average of annual incomes?
