Christian Zionism

The only reason Christian Zionists like Martin Horan support Israel is because they believe that doing so will make Jesus return and rapture them into heaven to begin the end times. The Jews are just pawns in Horan's dispensationalist beliefs, which mention that they will die horribly unless they convert to Christianity. He likes to talk about Jews and "bible-believing" (i.e. fundamentalist) Christians as if they were the same, even though Judaism and Christianity are theologically incompatible. Mr. Horan doesn't seem to realise (or accept) that his version of Christianity is relatively recent and his info regarding historical Christian denominations (Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, etc) come from fraudulent and unreliable sources like Alberto Rivera and Jack Chick.

I'm a staunch supporter of Israel and the Jewish people, but I'd be wary of evangelicals who claim to support them.
