IF Isis Is Controlling The Euphrates and Tigris Rivers

Why are some 5500 Americans still working at the American embassy in Baghdad? Aren't these Americans in danger from the forces of ISIS?

IF ISIS plays havoc with Iraq is Jordan the next nation to be targeted by ISIS? These are my questions.
