SisiReader comment on item: One Year After Morsi, How Goes Egypt? Submitted by JIMJFOX (Australia), Aug 9, 2014 at 16:34 Easy to criticise. How is he 'racist' by the way? He has accepted the poisoned chalice, with little hope of success. However he has done what Muhammad al-Obama refuses; declared the MB a terror organisation, whereas the first muslim president keeps its members as close advisers. The Sunni-Shia split has existed for 1200+ years- NOBODY could have any influence on that little disagreement. Dwelling on it is a complete waste of time and effort. In practice it should be ignored by the West and left to muslims to sort out- likely by Sunni-inspired genocide in the long term. I don't see why we should shed any tears over muslim internecine idiocy, frankly. AUSTRALIA needs to prepare for an increasingly savage, 100-year war against radical Islam that will be fought on home soil as well as foreign lands, the former head of the army, Peter Leahy, has warned. Apart from the term 'radical' I have no issue with this. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
