I just do not get it why would African Americans convert to and of all religions Islam. Islam and Muslims enslaved their African ancestors and what is most amazing is that the first extant monument of what was to become Islam is a tombstone in Aswan Egypt of an Arab Muhajir (later to be known as Muslim) who was hunting for slaves in Nubia!
