Incorrect about IslamReader comment on item: What Actually Causes American Fear of Islam and Muslims? Submitted by Tariq Bey (United States), Feb 25, 2015 at 18:09 Just a couple of things: 1) Islam was not founded by Mohammed ( Peace be Upon Him ) hopefully the following will clarify your misunderstanding; "We have sent thee inspiration, as We sent it to Noah and the Messengers after him: We sent inspriration to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, and the Tribes, to Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the Psalms."- Surah 4:163 of the Holy Qur'an 2) Muslim traders known as Moors, as the term "Muslim" was not used until the mid 19th Century, had already set up trading relations with the Natives of N. America and the Indigenous islanders of the Caribs( check the writings of Columbus' 3 voyages to the, "West Indies", which he called because they shared the same cultural associations as the dark skinned people from "India", who were Muslims). They also had settlements in North America along the 49th parallel, some cities in that area still bear arabic names, and in the islands of the Caribs a crewman of Columbus wrote: '..In the new world we were suprised to see that the women wore head scarves exactly like those women from a part of the Mediterranean'. 3) The United States was not a nation to the world until the Sultan of Morrocco answered their request for recognition with agreement to be paid tribute by the U.S. ( The Taj Mahal was built with tax tribute paid to the Sultan of Morrocco by the United States ) by giving an order to the rest of his kingdom which spanned across N. Africa and into the Middle East at the end of the 18th Century to accept ships bearing the U.S. flag. 4) As to the fear of Islam by the Americans and the Europeans; this is a lot closer to our own history than one may think, they are afraid of the Islamic State of America being re-established. The first Islamic State was established when the United States asked the Moroccans to finance them which is why the "Great Seal of the United States" is a Pyramid. ( Ever wonder why would colonists associate the pyramids with God? ) The other side of the seal is actually called the, " Coat of Arms", and is used when the country is engaged in war. This is one of the reasons the United States stays in a conflict, if they were not engaged in conflict they would have to flip the seal over to the side that represents Peace ( the Treaty signed by the United States with Morocco is called the Treaty of Peace and Friendship ) and also represents the Islamic State of North America. Do you see the reason the U.S. keeps engaging Muslim countries?, They use the reaction of the Muslims to overt acts of violence in their countries that we in the U.S. do not know about nor condone order to create space between the descendants of the Muslims who came before Columbus that are still in North America and definately not to allow the descendants of the Aficans that were kidnapped during the slave trade to ever find out that their people were Muslims and Islam is their path to Freedom. That is the true fear of the U.S. and its European allies that "African-Americans" would convert at mass and act against them as retribution for history. May the Peace and Blessings be upon all those who choose the Righteous Path~As-a-lamu- lakum.
