I read Qur'an twiceReader comment on item: Westerners in Trouble Who Convert to Islam Submitted by Michael S (United States), May 29, 2015 at 21:59 I read Qur'an twice. It did not convert me; quite the opposite. Someone said, "The truth stands on two legs; a lie on one". The Bible is verified by reality -- two legs, one intimately conneced to the other. Qur'an topples over in the face of reality; because the two have nothing to do with one another Qur'an claims that its god is "The Merciful, the Compassionate"; but in reality, Islam is the religion of hatred, massacres and abuse. I'm glad Lohan has bothered to read the book, to see what it really says. It doesn't speak of peace, in the sense that we understand that word; it speaks of continual, violent struggle until the whole world is subject to the mullahs. That abject subjection is what the Muslims call "peace". Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
