Can CAIR comment on the European Migrant Crisis?

Dear Dr Pipes,

It is well known that CAIR's very sacred purpose is to stand for civic rights of the followers of Islam in the US and matters involving Muslims in countries outside of the USA are not one of CAIR's purposes. But will CAIR kindly be nice enough to comment on the refugee crisis in Europe. They can comment on some of the following things:

1. The Pope has requested catholics in Europe to help the refugees. CAIR can thank the Vatican for this very kind act.

2. It is well known that many European economies in deep turmoil. In spite of bad times, European counties are debating how to accommodate these refugess. CAIR can acknowledge that Kafirs are not necessarily bad. And, perhaps, the Bible is an uncorrupted book of God.

3. These refugees are running away from something. They are running away from the turmoil caused by all sorts of violent organizations working to advance Islam. CAIR can use this opportunity to uncategorically criticize ISIS.

4. Hopefully, CAIR enjoys, admires and benefits from democracy in the US. CAIR can probably admit that the biggest imperative for the Islamic nations is to adopt genuine democracy.

5. These refugees are migrating to the West. They are migrating to Turkey in some numbers but most importantly they are running toward Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Germany, Hungary, and (even) Israel. They are not migrating to Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia or Yemen. Can CAIR admit defeat here? They should admit that there is a very strong possibility that the western framework provides better ways to resolve human problems than the current Islamic framework.

The above points may not be entirely correct but they provide good food for thought. Can CAIR speak on these issues? Or they can just go back to the Cordoba initiative.
