Erdogan's logicReader comment on item: Predictions for Turkey's Election Submitted by Alexandros (United Kingdom), Nov 3, 2015 at 06:20 One day after his phenomenal triumph, because the triumph clearly belongs to HDP, which kept its powers even though the Turkish armed forces were literrary bombing the Kurds day and night, the Sultan made another very interesting comment that denotes his "logic". He said that he wouldn't have been surprised if ISIS took revenge by bringing down the civilian Russian aircraft. What did Russia expect when they are bombing his brothers, meaning "ISIS", in Syria, people having holiday in peace? Clearly implying that he considers the act as legitimate! Do you think that his "logic" is such because we are talking about a Russian aircraft or in that sense 9/11 is a legitimate act, is stabbing people in Israel waiting for buses a legitimate act as well? Is Charlie Hebbdo a legitimate act, because cartoons were insulting the Prophet? I hope that the European and the American leadership are proud of their "partner". Common sense stands with hands up in front of the Sultan and the "West"! Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
