Dirty Politics

What can one do when the US government considers Saudis to be our friends? Haven't the Saudis bought policy makers in the State Department long ago? What can we do -- complain to the media and blogs? It won't help.

There have been few principles upheld in the previous and current very ‘flexible' administrations. Only not to vote for a future government with such connections might help. When a presidential candidate will actually say: ‘Saudis royals must be treated as the worst enemies of mankind.' then I will vote for him.

Did anybody notice that there is no significant US government sponsored project for research on utilizing renewable energy resources instead of relying mostly on foreign fossil fuels? Only a few talks how good it would be if something comes up by itself.
