Mr. Pipes,

Though generally in agreement with your viewpoint, I find this one of your postings sadly mistaken.

The calibre of U.S. interrogators will be low, in keeping with the sad-but-true reputation of our Government as the employer of last resort. Only the Israelis are good at this: our airport baggage inspectors often fail to detect concealed weapons, so how will our equally intellectually-challenged interrogators detect lies? It takes more training to learn how to make IEDs than it would take to learn how to fool the fools who will be tasked with such screening; The incoming terrorists will gain admittance, and spread through America to seek targets for their skills.

This is a problem created by the Muslims and they, not the West, should be forced to solve it. As a last resort, the U.N. should establish and run refugee camps at their borders.
