Who is a moderate Muslim?Reader comment on item: The Condition of Radical Islam Today Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Feb 22, 2016 at 08:10 Hi Jaladhi There is plenty of evidence that Islam in the ME is going through a transformation but where would it end? No one knows Yes the nasty stuff in the Qur'an is not going to go any where and the great commentaries will still be available However many Muslims are rejecting al-Ahadith totally or only rejecting the nonsense the likes of breast feeding of adult and drinking camels urine and the slavery and raping of slaves And many Muslims and ex-Muslims are questioning the likes of al-Tabari al-Bukhari and Ibn Taymiyya Check for a very smart Egyptian and ex Muslim his name is Hamed Abdel Samad on both youtube and twitter Amazing thinker Check also Brother Rachid on both youtube and twitter. These are the people that will change Islam and these are the people that we should find and support This would not have been possible only 20 years ago Why is it happening? There really is no clear answer but it is happening So we still have to answer the question Who is a moderate Muslim? I really do not have an answer but I know for a fact that Mr Obama is wrong the Muslim Brotherhood is a terror group Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
